Broken Sonnet
Hale

And now i concede
On the night of this fifteenth song
Of melancholy, of melancholy
And in this next line
I’ll say it all over again
That i love you, i love you.

I don’t care what they say
I don’t care what they do
‘cause tonight i’ll leave my fears behind
‘cause tonight i’ll be right at your side.

Lie down right next to me
Lie down right next to me
And i will never let go
Will never let go.

The clock on the tv says 8:39 pm
It’s the same, it’s the same
And in this next line
I’ll say it all over again
That i love you, i love you.

I don’t care what they say
I don’t care what they do
‘cause tonight i’ll leave my fears behind
‘cause tonight i’ll be right at your side.

Lie down right next to me
Lie down right next to me
And i will never let go
Will never let go.

I’ll leave my fears behind
‘cause tonight i’ll be right at your side.

Lie down right next to me
Lie down right next to me
And i will never let go
Will never let go.

But still i see the tears from your eyes
Maybe i’m just not the one for you.

.:on health and fitness crap:.

Well, another blog moment for me… te previous week was another not so good weeks that i’ve been having so to say… I’ve been sick  most of the week, it was that i wasn’t able to go to work because of a freakin flu and fever that had me home for 2 days… and a toothache that lasts a lifetime…  and just last monday morningi got an allergic reaction to the medicine that was used to relieve my toothache…  So with these things happening I’ve thought that i should keep myself fit since now i really don’t get enough exercise and i’ve been trough a lot of stress lately. So here’s a list of my fitness resolutions that hopefully i could cope up with… Btw, this blog is supposed to be due a week before due to my internet problems (madami kasi kaagaw!) Anyways here’s the list:

   1. Always be rehydrated, i’ve been cutting up on my fluid intake recently and this has caused me a bit of dehydration and fatigue so might as well keep on the liquids flowing.
   2. Eat a lot. We all know that passing meals is bad, so might as well keep my meals intact and on schedule.
   3. Exercise regularly. Well since i really didn’t enjoyed my last gym experience so might as well, use some of the exercises i learned to tone down my body. (god, i need to flatten my belly) Better yet go to a new gym that is cheaper and do the same routine i used to do.
   4. Swim. It helps build endurance, and is a great cardiovascular activity.
   5. No Stress Policy… Why stress it out when you can laugh it out!
   6. Bad habits are hard to break! but minimizing them might help…
   7. it is not bad to be a bit health concious
   8. get as much sleep as you can…
   9. Clean my room regularly. Cleaning induces sweating and develops strength by moving things and doing the chores…
  10. loosen up… being tight all the time, makes your life span shorter… =)
